45th Anniversary Weekend

The  Ulster Riley Club's 45th Anniversary Weekend  took place in mid September 2015, based at the Giant's Causeway Hotel in North Antrim. Over 30 cars from around the UK and Ireland attended. On the Saturday we visited the Dark Hedges made famous by their appearance in the American TV series 'Game of Thrones'. We then called in to Scullions, a family business making Hurling sticks (Hurling is an Irish game similar to hockey).  The lunch stop was at the Brown Trout restaurant  The afternoon run took us over some fabulous countryside before returning to the Causeway Hotel for the night. On Sunday we took a drive down the Antrim Coast Road with a few diversions to Laragh Lodge restaurant for lunch and the prize giving.
